    Job Description

    Job Summary
    We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our furniture production team as Factory staff in the following capacities: Upholstery, Laminate etc.
    The Furniture Factory Staff will assist in the manufacturing, assembling, finishing, and packaging of furniture products while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
    Key Responsibilities
    Assist in the production and assembly of furniture items.
    Operate factory tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
    Cut, shape, sand, and polish wood and other materials as required.
    Support upholstery, painting, or finishing processes when needed.
    Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
    Load, unload, and move materials within the factory.
    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
    Follow workplace safety guidelines and company procedures.
    Report faulty equipment or production issues to supervisors.
    Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
    Requirements
    Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 1 – 2 years experience.
    Previous factory or furniture-making experience.
    Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
    Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
    Good teamwork and communication skills.
    Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Working Conditions:
    Factory / warehouse environment.

    Job Description

    Job Summary
    The Facilities and Admin Officer is responsible for preserving the good condition of company infrastructure and ensuring that all facilities are safe, compliant, and well-functioning.
    This role combines hands-on facilities oversight with proactive planning, keeping equipment, utilities, and office spaces running smoothly at all times.
    Job Responsibilities
    Ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained and kept in good working condition.
    Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards.
    Supervise the supply and distribution of utilities – diesel, water and the repairs and maintenance of company facilities.
    Regularly inspect company properties, and maintain and update the inspection schedule.
    Supervise the installation, movement, repair, and removal of equipment and utilities within the building.
    Ensure monthly facility inspections and audits of office facilities are carried out.
    Monitor and evaluate energy PHCN/generator and water consumption across facilities.
    Create and maintain a database of equipment and facilities servicing schedules.
    Ensure planned maintenance programs for office equipment, and preventive maintenance of facility equipment, are carried out as required.
    Perform environmental hazard management, planning, and remediation.
    Other duties as assigned.
    Job Requirements
    HND / B.Sc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
    3-5 years experience in Facilites Management
    Knowlege of electrical work and repairs is highly required
    Proven experience as a Facilities Officer in a manufacturing industry factory setting
    Well-versed in the electrical field, engineering operations and facilities management best practices.Specification
