    Job Summary
    We are inviting applications from experienced and reliable food vendors to operate our factory canteen and provide quality, affordable meals to our employees.
    Scope of Service
    The successful vendor will be responsible for preparing and selling a variety of hygienic, nutritious and affordable meals to employees on a daily basis.
    Menu Requirements
    The vendor should be able to provide a diverse range of meals including but not limited to:
    Rice Jollof, Fried, White Rice with Stew, etc..
    Beans and bean-based meals.
    Proteins Beef, Fish, Turkey, Eggs etc..
    Swallow meals Eba, Fufu, Amala, Fufu etc. with a variety of soups.
    Yam dishes Boiled, Fried, Porridge.
    Plantain dishes.
    Noodles and spaghetti.
    Local delicacies and other nutritious meal options.
    Beverages and drinking water.
    Responsibilities
    Prepare fresh meals daily in accordance with agreed standards.
    Maintain a clean and hygienic food preparation and serving environment.
    Ensure food is served promptly and courteously.
    Comply with the Company’s health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
    Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and food handling at all times.
    Eligibility Requirements
    Interested vendors should:
    Be based in Ibadan.
    Have a registered business name with CAC.
    Be able to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
    Have proven experience in commercial catering or food vending.
    Demonstrate the ability to prepare quality meals under hygienic conditions.
    Possess valid food handler’s medical certification or be willing to obtain one before engagement.
    Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards.
    Have the capacity to serve employees promptly during designated meal periods.
    Be reliable, customer-focused, and able to maintain consistent meal quality.

    Job Summary
    To ensure the food factory operates in full compliance with local, national, and international food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
    The officer safeguards product integrity, consumer safety, and the company’s reputation by monitoring, auditing, and enforcing compliance practices.
    Key Responsibilities
    Regulatory Compliance:
    Monitor and interpret food safety laws, regulations, and standards e.gHACCP, ISO 22000, NAFDAC.
    Ensure factory operations comply with government regulations and certification requirements.
    Prepare and submit regulatory documentation, permitsand licenses.
    Policy Development:
    Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures.
    Train staff on regulatory requirements, hygiene practices and compliance protocols.
    Auditing & Monitoring:
    Conduct internal audits and inspections of production processes, storageand distribution.
    Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
    Liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections.
    Risk Management
    Assess risks related to food safety, labeling, packaging, and distribution.
    Investigate compliance breaches and implement preventive measures.
    Documentation & Reporting
    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with production, quality assurance, procurementand logistics teams.
    Ensure suppliers and contractors meet compliance standards.
    Maintain accurate compliance records, audit reports, and regulatory submissions.
    Report compliance status to management and recommend improvements.

    Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field.

    3 – 5 years of experience in food manufacturing compliance or regulatory affairs.
    Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
