Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.<br \/>ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification required.<br \/>MBA or advanced business qualification is an advantage.<br \/>Experience:<br \/>Minimum 5 years of experience in a CFO, Finance Director, Deputy CFO, or equivalent executive finance role.<br \/>Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience preferred.<br \/>Strong experience within financial services, banking, fintech, lending, payments, or consumer finance.<br \/>Demonstrated success managing large balance sheets, funding programmes, and regulatory relationships.<br \/>Proven experience leading fundraising and investor engagement initiatives; capital management experience is an advantage.<br \/>Experience driving finance transformation and organisational growth.<br \/>Key Competencies:<br \/>Strategic &#038; Commercial:<br \/>Strong understanding of growth, profitability, and value
