About the job Sales & Project Engineer
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Project Engineer to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role combines technical engineering expertise with client relationship management and project coordination skills.
Responsibilities
Respond to and manage client inquiries, understanding their requirements and challenges
Develop and propose technical solutions tailored to client needs
Create detailed quotations and technical proposals
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout project lifecycles
Facilitate communication between clients and Macrotec’s engineering team, project management, and other departments
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources
Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and address concerns
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all client interactions and project developments
Identify opportunities for additional services or projects with existing clients
Participate in business development activities and industry events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
0-3 years of experience in engineering, sales engineering, or project coordination (recent graduates with internship experience will be considered)
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites when required
