KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
To receive, verify and capture notices and law enforcement documents onto a system.
Perform debtor administration and reconciliation process on referenced deposits.
Conduct law enforcement investigations.
Control over cancelled notices.
Manage Admission of Guilt fine
Client service
Process new deposit on new system where Reference Number is NOT indicated on the bank statement – Daily repeated process.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Cross Border Road Transport Act.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, including, amongst others Criminal Procedures Act, National Land Transport Act, Tourism Act.
Operational policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum:
National Diploma or NQF level 6 qualification in Finance Related Field.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum:
3 years relevant experience in Finance.
