The Digital Integration Manager is responsible for maximizing the impact of digital marketing efforts by ensuring seamless integration across all channels, technologies, and systems ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of digital marketing best practices

Requirements:

Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications and Experience required for this position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Digital Marketing related qualification. 

Experience:

6+ years’ experience in digital marketing integration, IT systems integration, or a similar technical role with a strong focus on digital marketing technologies.
Experience with data integration and reporting tools is essential.

Competencies and Skills

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as CRM, CMS, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Proficiency in system architecture, APIs, and integrating marketing technologies. 
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. 
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, particularly with technical issues related to system integrations.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders. 
Expertise in integrating digital marketing systems and tools. 
Strong participation in strategic planning and alignment of integration efforts with business objectives
