Duties
Lead assigned HR projects or initiatives.
Perform end to end recruitment process for allocated positions.
Assist with performance management process on Signify.
Assist with preparation of audit documents.
Give input to all HR policies.
Organise, compile, update company employee records and documentation.
Handle all HR administration.
Organise and manage new employee orientation and on-boarding.
Take minutes in meetings.
Handle all Labour relations issues.
Assist with OD initiatives.
Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
Core Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) with a HR qualification (diploma or degree).
A minimum of three years of experience in an IT environment.
SAGE 300 and or Signify working experience advantageous.
Labour relations experience, having a qualification will be advantageous.
Performance system experience is compulsory for at least 2 years.
Experience with the whole recruitment life cycle.
Experience with performance management.
Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite.
Experience with government or a State Owned Company advantageous.
Experience working with and managing temporary employees will be advantageous.
