The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of existing customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. A team player, highly motivated and energetic with a robust nature to take on any task. A seasoned industry player that understands the ICT landscape.

Responsibilities

Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within the allocated customer base.
Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts.
Cross-sell into the allocated portfolio by promoting core products to drive revenue.
Customer retention and contract risk is to be managed monthly to ensure the allocated customer base is secure. 

Activity

You are expected to conduct a minimum of 3+ customer meetings per working day / 15+ per week.

Sales pipeline

Your sales pipeline needs to target x 6 forward cover.

Sales number

100% attainment of Gross sales target at a minimum is required on a monthly basis.

Renewal Strategy:

100% attainment of Renewal sales target at a minimum is required on a monthly basis

Task Management

Effectively manage tasks created for core business products and adhere to the timeline. 

Qualifications

Two to three years account management experience.
Two to three years sales experience in the ICT sector an advantage.
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
Account Management skills & a strategic account planning.
Matric or diploma
