What the Role Entails

As our Client Liaison Officer, you’ll be the go-to person for client relationships, keeping communication sharp, opportunities flowing, and issues solved before they snowball. 
You’ll work closely with the sales team, spot trends in client behaviour, and make sure the right people have the right info at the right time. 
Think of yourself as the connector between what clients need and what our business can deliver – fast, efficiently, and with heart.
You’ll attend reviews, meet targets, resolve hiccups, and stay one step ahead of client expectations. Whether it’s gathering feedback through surveys or flagging upselling opportunities, you’re the type who never lets anything fall through the cracks.

What It Takes

You’ve got your Matric and some solid marketing or client-facing experience under your belt. Industry-specific in Food and Beverages / FMCG is a must! 
If you’ve got a marketing qualification, that’s a great bonus, but what really matters is your ability to connect, communicate, and follow through. 
A valid driver’s license is essential – you’ll need it to stay close to the action and make face-to-face client visits when needed.
