Qualification
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar technical support role focused on IT infrastructure.
Expertise in managing IT Infrastructure, including Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
N+ certification (or similar networking certification)
Responsibilities
Practical experience with Virtual Environments like VMware.
Ability to utilize SQL for effective database management and querying.
N+ certification (or comparable networking qualification).
Knowledge of client support management tools to enhance our service delivery.
Proven skills in troubleshooting and debugging live applications, ensuring minimal disruption.
Ability to thrive under pressure, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks.
Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
Exceptional communication skills, translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience in the administration of both Windows and Linux environments.
Solid understanding of basic networking principles (TCP/IP, HTTP, encryption).
Experience in the administration and troubleshooting of virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with various web and application servers (e.g., Apache).
A strong understanding of how your work contributes to the organization’s success.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
