Duties:
Process and capture foreign supplier invoices
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and process foreign payments
Process and schedule foreign vendor payments
Perform monthly creditor reconciliations to supplier statements
Prepare and review the vendor aging report regularly
Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
Completed diploma or Certificate required
Completed BCom degree would be beneficial
Experience:
5 years’ experience required
Experience within the manufacturing industry preferred
