Key Responsibilities:
Research Support – Conduct basic online research on clients, competitors, and industry trends.
Lead Generation – Make calls, schedule cold-call meetings, and support client follow-ups.
Data Management – Capture and update client and sales data accurately in Excel or CRM tools.
Admin Support – Assist with reports, presentations, correspondence, and general admin tasks.
Campaign Assistance – Help plan and track sales campaigns and team activities.
Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) essential.
Recently graduated with a tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Business Management.
Experience in previous admin roles (Advantageous).
Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes like Word and Excel.
Strong communication skills (reading and writing).
Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High attention to detail.
Preference will be given to employment equity candidates.
