Minimum Requirements:
BCom degree (essential)
Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or procurement experience
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Experience with supplier ordering platforms (advantageous)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good with numbers, budgeting, and planning
Deadline-driven and well-organised
A strong understanding of Boxer’s culture and operational rhythm is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Forecasting
Compile and manage the annual uniform budget.
Monitor spend by store and enforce policy allocations.
Order & Dispatch Management
Coordinate uniform and protective clothing orders for all sites, including new stores, ad hoc staff, and replacements.
Ensure timeous dispatch and delivery, reconciling stock on hand against minimum thresholds.
Train Regional Trainers and Admin Managers on uniform ordering processes.
Supplier Liaison & Pricing
Handle queries with suppliers (short deliveries, back orders, delivery timelines).
Negotiate pricing and ensure compliance with Boxer procurement policies.
Invoicing & Reconciliation
Prepare and submit detailed invoices for internal deduction or supplier payments.
Track and resolve variances, and ensure correct approvals and documentation.
Query Resolution
Address internal queries regarding uniform supply, costs, deliveries, and policy.
Investigate salary deductions and short supply complaints.
Team Supervision
Oversee day-to-day team activities, including leave management and task tracking.
Ensure high morale and KPI delivery.
