Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12;
Degree or Diploma in Marketing an advantage;
5 years’ previous experience within a logistics environment;
Valid drivers license.
Skills:
Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
Computer literate (MS Office);
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Excellent marketing skills;
Excellent negotiation skills;
Must be able to cope under pressure;
Excellent conflict handling skills;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Transport tons per budget;
Expand transport contractors network;
Scheduling of trucks;
Handle all inquiries from transport contractors and loads;
Achieve commission turnover per budget.
