Your tasks
Competent and friendly customer support for our transport management software application CarLo® via the phone and by e-mail
Identification and analysis of technical problems and malfunctions as well as finding solutions
Documentation of customer requests and solutions in our ticket system
Your profile
Your qualifications
Some initial work experience in software consulting is desirable
First professional experience in the field of IT support/IT service desk desirable
Good IT and/or logistics skills
Quick thinking and good communication skills in English/Afrikaans
