About the role:

Assist in coordinating timely review and finalization of certification reports by managing workflow allocation, collaborating with reviewers and teams, tracking compliance with BSI and program KPIs, and prioritizing expiring certificates
Update all BSI internal systems including SAP, PG as required
Printing/post (after initiation of e-Certificates) the Certificates and ensuring their review and approval process
Provide a rapid responsive service to both internal and external clients ensuring customer satisfaction as a high order of priority
Maintenance  of  trends  related  to  the  function,  including  certificate  delivery  time,  report  review  issues  and informing the Certification Manager on any trends that needs action from Leadership in META

Requirements:

Graduated from last year and have not worked full time (more than 1 year)
Be based in Pretoria
Ability to interact either verbally, in writing and, in person at all levels, to maintain a strong customer focus
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and computer systems
Good organisational skills with the ability to self-manage a range of administrative tasks throughout the workweek
Availability to work full time from August 1st, 2025
