Position Overview
MRI Software is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to support our clients by managing lease data, processing rents, and ensuring contract accuracy within our software systems.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in lease abstraction, billing, or property operations who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret lease contracts and invoices
Enter and maintain lease data in MRI Occupier or similar systems (e.g., Horizon, Prolease)
Review documentation and flag any discrepancies or missing information
Action client rent payments and perform reconciliations
Support ongoing data integrity and client reporting needs
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in lease administration or a similar role
Experience reading and abstracting real estate leases
Familiarity with lease management software (MRI Occupier a plus, not essential)
Basic billing and reconciliation experience
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Customer service mindset and a team-oriented attitude
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software tools
Self-starter with a strong ability to learn independently
