The Parliament of the Republic of South Africa is South Africa's legislature; under the present Constitution of South Africa, the bicameral Parliament comprises a National Assembly and a National Council of Provinces. The current twenty-seventh Parliament was first convened on 22 May 2019.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Conceptualisation and initiation of research projects
Coordination and management of research projects
Strategic advice and guidance on research agendas of Committees within the cluster
Management of the research cluster team
Quality control and information dissemination
Financial Management
Additional support services
To qualify, you must have:
A relevant Master’s degree in social services, development studies, gender or related qualification at an NQF level 9. PhD will be advantageous
5 years’ research experience having managed and lead research projects within a similar environment.
