Key Responsibilities 

Campaign & Content Strategy 

Lead the development and execution of impactful digital campaigns. 
Manage paid media and optimise performance across the digital funnel. 
Plan and manage the weekly content calendar, ensuring alignment with organisational messaging and campaigns. 

Content Creation 

Write compelling copy tailored to diverse audiences across digital platforms. 
Design visual campaign materials including event branding and social media assets. 
Create, manage, and maintain a content asset bank (images, videos, testimonials, templates). 

Social Media Management 

Curate and post platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X. 
Monitor social media trends and adjust content to stay current and engaging. 
Manage community engagement—respond to comments and messages professionally and in a timely manner. 

Brand & Visual Identity 

Uphold and evolve BASA’s brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints. 
Ensure consistency in design, tone, and messaging. 

Analytics & Reporting 

Track content and campaign performance using platform analytics and KPIs. 
Compile performance reports and deliver actionable insights to refine strategies. 

Collaboration & Innovation 

Work collaboratively with the team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns. 
Stay up to date with industry trends and share recommendations on best practices and innovation. 

Requirements 

Proven experience in content creation and social media management. 
Creative thinker with strong copywriting, graphic design, and content editing skills. 
Proficiency in Canva or other design/video editing platforms. 
Strong understanding of key social platforms and digital tools. 
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. 
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
