REQUIREMENTS :
An appropriate SAQA recognised NQF level 7 qualification in Public Administration/Public Management/Business Administration or relevant qualification, with a minimum of (3) years relevant work experience at an entry/junior managerial level (Assistant Director Level or equivalent). A valid driver’s license.
DUTIES :
Manage the administrative activities in the Office of the Executive Authority (EA) which include:
Providing administrative support and receptionist services in the Office of the EA.
Liaise with internal and external role players with regard to matters relating to the portfolio of the executive authority. Render a Cabinet/executive council support service to the executive authority.
Providing Registry support services in the Office of the EA: Providing logistical support for the meetings of the EA. Supervision of staff.
