Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strategic account plans to meet business targets.
Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Conduct market research and provide insights to support business development.
Deliver official IELTS teacher training courses and pedagogical support across SSA.
Represent the British Council at educational conferences and events.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management and customer service (B2B/B2C).
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working in exams or education sector.
University degree or relevant qualification.
Excellent command of English (First Language level).
Additional Information:
Weekend work may be required as part of test day operations.
Travel across the SSA region may be necessary.
