We’re looking for a proven new business hunter to join the team and accelerate growth across enterprise, retail, e-commerce, debt management, and mid-market clients. The ideal candidate is rejection-proof, thrives on generating their own leads, and knows how to strategically convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
This role isn’t just about managing accounts – it’s about creating opportunities, positioning innovative SaaS solutions, and driving measurable growth.

Responsibilities : 

Prospecting & Hunting – Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities, from cold outreach to signed deals.
Pipeline Building – Take full ownership of lead generation, nurturing prospects, and managing the sales cycle end-to-end.
Client Engagement – Develop strong relationships with decision-makers across enterprise, retail, e-commerce, and mid-market clients.
Solution Selling – Position SaaS products effectively, addressing client pain points while differentiating from competitors.
Closing & Growth – Drive revenue through consistent deal closures, cross-sell opportunities, and sustainable client growth.
Market Insights – Stay ahead of industry trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to strengthen sales positioning.

Proven success in new business development – You’re comfortable generating leads, pitching, and closing deals without heavy reliance on inbound.

Requirements

Proven track record in new business development – consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
End-to-end sales cycle experience – from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
SaaS sales background (essential) – strong understanding of subscription models, solution selling, and SaaS metrics.
Resilient and rejection-proof – thrives in competitive, high-pressure environments.
Strong business acumen – ability to quickly grasp client challenges and align solutions effectively.
Pipeline builder – experienced in sourcing own leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
Tech-savvy – confident using CRM systems, digital sales tools, and data-driven approaches.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills – persuasive and able to influence decision-makers at all levels.
Self-motivated and agile – comfortable working independently, while thriving in a fast-moving, evolving industry.
Experience with enterprise, retail, e-commerce, debt management or mid-market clients (advantageous).
