Competencies Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of and passion for customer service
Assertiveness and dynamism
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Teams
Excellent organisation and administration skills
Best suited to a systematic person with eye for details
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Grade 12, a Higher Certificate NQF Level 5 will be advantageous.
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
1-2 years invigilation experience
