Core Description

The Elevate Graduate Internship Programme is designed to give highly motivated graduates the opportunity to gain practical work experience, mentorship, and exposure to dynamic business environments.
Over two years, graduates will rotate (where applicable) across relevant business areas, participate in skills development, and contribute to strategic and operational projects aligned to their field of study.

Job Responsibilities

Practical work esperience will involve the following responsibilities within the range of disciplines mentioned below:

Support projects and daily operations within the assigned business unit.
Apply academic knowledge to solve real-world business and technical challenges.
Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Participate in workshops, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and new business ideas.
Engage in mentorship, feedback sessions, and progress reviews throughout the programme.

Additional Information

Certification, qualification and experience:

Must have completed a minimum of a degree (NQF Level 7) at a SAQA-recognised tertiary institution in South Africa.
Professional certification in the chosen field of study will be an advantage.
Graduated within the last 2 years (or completing studies by December 2025).
Academic average of 60% or above.
No prior full-time work experience in the field.

Special requirements:

Must be a South African citizen.
