This is a fully remote, strategic leadership role with global visibility and six indirect reports.

We’re seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to take ownership of our Cybersecurity Application Assessment Service, an essential part of our global security strategy. In this role, you’ll drive innovation, lead a team of external
experts, and collaborate across IT, legal, and governance functions to strengthen our cybersecurity posture and ensure application compliance with international regulations. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and shape the future of digital security, we’d love to hear from you.

 What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage a team of external cybersecurity experts, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity across IT and business initiatives
Ensure compliance with global regulations (NIS 2, EU AI Act, CFIUS)
Oversee application onboarding, RFP responses, and tool integrations
Improve security assessment processes and ServiceNow workflows
Collaborate with IT, Legal, Governance, and Security teams
Maintain documentation and knowledge systems for assessments and compliance
Own and manage assessment solutions
Plan budgets, resources, and strategic development of the service

What You Bring:

10+ years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow (workflows, dashboards, reporting)
Familiarity with tools such as OneTrust, Tenable, Lansweeper, Axonius, Azure DevOps, and Power BI
Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CF 2, NIST RM, CIS, UCF)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CISSP) are a plus
