Job Description:
The job purpose of the Team Leader to supervise the machine operators for grass cutting.
Key performance areas:
The Team Leader must ensure that the daily work is done to satisfaction and to achieve the objectives of Council.
He/she will be responsible for:
Coordinate and supervise activities of team
Coordinate and supervise utilisation, application and maintenance of machinery, equipment, tools and material.
Perform administrative and human resources related activities.
Maintain and construct municipal green areas, overgrown stands and cemeteries.
Maintain and clean equipment and tools used. Perform driver activities using a truck.
Requirements:
Grade 12, Driver’s Licence.
Communication skills
1-year (01) years related work experience.
