Job Summary
This trainee role is designed to groom a student into a future Parts Salesman. It involves supporting the sales manager with daily operations, including administration, preparing quotations and invoices, and assisting with stock control.
The Trainee Salesman will also be introduced to customer service practices to ensure customer care and satisfaction through effective service and support.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist the manager in supervision of all the activities and services
General administration
Generate quotations to clients
Generate invoices to clients
Customer care and satisfaction
Assist with stock taking and stock control
Qualifications and Skills
Matric / Grade 12
Computer literate
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Must be a dynamic and self-motivated individual
Be professional
Be passionate about sales
Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
