Master core skills like Root Cause Analysis (RCA), advanced process control, and full-cycle Project Management.
Drive measurable change through high-impact Process Optimization projects focused on energy conservation, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements—a direct contribution to Air Liquide’s commitment to carbon abatement.
Evolve from a shadow learner in Year 1 to an independent professional in Year 2, managing small to medium-sized projects from conception to commissioning.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BEng) or higher in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
Strong academic foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat/mass transfer.
