Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to expand Senwes’ grain market share and strengthen competitive positioning.
Establish and oversee operational control frameworks across grain intake, storage, handling, and dispatch.
Oversee stock level monitoring, movement tracking, and ensure data integrity across all sites.
Analyse quality metrics to identify trends, risks, and required interventions.
Drive operational optimisation and continuous improvement across grain operations.
Act as a strategic link between Operations, Finance, Quality, and Commercial functions.
Establish and maintain robust risk and compliance frameworks across grain operations, quality, stock management, and financial controls.
Requirements
Relevant degree in Business Mathematics, IT or any other relevant degree related to data analytics and formulation of models.
At least 5 years relevant industry experience.
Strong data analysis capability with the ability to generate actionable insights.
Proven experience in financial analysis and financial modelling.
