Be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, offering a warm and professional welcome.
Assist in creating an inviting and customer-focused atmosphere within our stores.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments with grace and efficiency.
Coordinate with the sales team and support daily operations.
Learn about our exquisite jewelry collections and assist in showcasing them to our clients.
Be a vital part of our dynamic team, contributing to a memorable client experience.
Ability to adapt easily to the requirements and guidelines of the organisation
Effectively communicate on the telephone
Must be able to clearly communicate guests’ needs to Sales Manager, Sales Executives, etc.
General administration duties
Minimum requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) essential
2 to 3 years’ Hostess/Reception experience, preferably in retail/ FMCG or Hospitality
Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
MS Office literate
Customer service
Excellent communication skills, with good spoken English skills
Listening skills
Interpersonal and people skills
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Ability to work flawlessly and effortless under stress and pressure
Possess pleasant personality and enthusiastic attitude
Possess vibrant attitude towards customer service
Classic, elegant and sophisticated in appearance and demeanor

Perfect time management skills to ensure services to guests/clients are not delayed
