Key Responsibilities: 

Plan, implement and evaluate promotional activities to drive brand presence and market penetration
Coordinate and manage sales agents
Follow a structured cyclical and monthly call cycle, ensuring efficient coverage of targeted outlets
Drive market share growth of promoted products within the allocated territory
Meet call activity standards and ensure optimal frequency of visits to key customers
Ensure correct product ranging and execution based on individual customer profiles
Analyse performance trends and identify areas requiring additional promotional focus
Identify in-store opportunities through regular visits and build effective in-store relationships, including execution of ad hoc displays
Direct and manage third-party sales agents to execute agreed sales strategies and plans
Coordinate and facilitate product and promotional training sessions in alignment with marketing

Requirements

Minimum Qualification:

Grade 12 certificate

What are we looking for:

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
Minimum 2 years experience in field sales coordination or a similar role within the FMCG industry
Ability to manage third-party teams and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
Strong planning, organisational and communication skills
