As a Business Operations Administrator, you will play a key role within the AM Administration team, providing essential operational and administrative support across multiple functions within the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is confident working with ERP systems, documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will support the business through a broad range of operational and administrative activities, including:
Creating, maintaining, and processing customer orders within the ERP system
Verifying costs, tracking orders, completing invoicing, and closing out jobs
Preparing purchase requisitions within the ERP system
Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport
Providing day-to-day administrative support across cross-functional teams
Maintaining records, documentation, and personnel data
Monitoring mandatory certification validity within the document management system
Capturing, checking, and correcting timekeeping information
Reviewing and auditing travel expenses for customer billing
Supporting internal training initiatives and onboarding activities
Providing holiday cover and assisting with additional administrative duties as required
Essential Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience working within an administrative environment
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
Desirable Experience
ERP system experience including order processing, invoicing, crediting, and purchase requisitions
Experience in personnel logistics, coordination, or international travel arrangements
Tertiary qualification in Administration, Business, or Communication
