Desired experience and qualifications:

Matric
Relevant Diploma or minimum 3 years’ property experience
Strong MS Office skills (Excel essential)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Property related experience will be beneficial

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Manage property services administration and building filing systems
Handle tenant queries, complaints, and service requests
Coordinate maintenance and service providers and follow up on work orders
Assist with budget approvals and expense tracking
Support new building take-on processes
Ensure OHS compliance and risk documentation is up to date
Assist with invoices, accruals, and financial administration
Prepare monthly reports and management packs
Maintain relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
