Customer Service Executive

Cherry Assistant

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive for a UK based international VAT and EPR compliance company. This is a full time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Act as first line contact for VAT and EPR client queries
Respond to client emails within 12 hours
Coordinate with VAT managers and compliance teams across jurisdictions
Track filing deadlines and required documentation
Escalate risk issues quickly
Support Stripe disputes and credit control workflows
Manage complex client cases through full resolution

Required Qualifications

Three to five years in customer service, compliance support, or financial client operations
Strong experience in structured CRM and ERP environments
Comfortable handling sensitive financial discussions
Fluent written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in VAT, EPR, or multi jurisdiction compliance
Additional EU languages are a plus
Tools and Systems
CRM systems (Zoho or similar)
ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Stripe dispute handling
Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
