As an Enterprise Account Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help promote the growth and shape the future of AWS in South Africa. Your responsibility will be to increase the market penetration of AWS in key customer accounts.
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of success/delivering results, ability to engage CxO’s with confidence, ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams (internally and externally), and great communication skills.
Key job responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will drive digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses of your customers.
In this role, you will represent the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across the strategic accounts you manage within the Enterprise customer market segment. With AWS, our customers benefit from the fastest pace of innovation, the broadest and deepest functionality, the most secure computing environment, and the most proven operational expertise.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in full sales cycle, technology sales, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent business development
4+ years of technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services experience
Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
Experience engaging with customer relationships at the CXO level
Experience creating and implementing long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role or equivalent
Experience selling cloud solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration
Experience working with customers who are deploying cloud solutions
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Good understanding of the South African Cloud market
