MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience working on an organic pomegranate farm.
Practical knowledge of organic pest control methods, including organic pesticides, fungal sprays, and organic fertilizers.
Ability to scout for pests and diseases and correctly identify common agricultural pests.
Experience with post-harvest handling, including:
Cold storage management
Sorting and grading fruit
Pomegranate deseeding processes advantageous
Working knowledge and experience in organic cultivation of the following crops:
Avocado
Cape gooseberry
Granadilla
Lemons
Ability to work independently and as part of a farm team.
Must be reliable, physically fit, and willing to work in an outdoor agricultural environment.
