Purpose of the Job
Junior Legal Counsel at Aramex provides legal support and guidance on various legal matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. This role assists the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as advising on regulatory issues.
Job Description
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws and regulations.
Support the legal team in managing compliance issues and corporate governance.
Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on various business matters.
Assist in dispute resolution and management of legal claims.
Maintain and organize legal documents and records.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in relevant laws
Job Requirements – Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Law; LLM or equivalent is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or in-house environment.
Understanding of commercial law and compliance regulations
