We are currently seeking a vibrant and energetic Key Accounts Manager to join a dynamic team in Cape Town.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key dealer accounts while also driving the acquisition of new business opportunities. This is a high-performance, client-facing sales role requiring a strong hunter mentality and excellent relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key dealer relationships to achieve sales and marketing targets
Develop new business and secure new client accounts
Drive distribution and increase product availability across the portfolio
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of service delivery
Identify opportunities for growth through market and business analysis
Manage projects and sales processes effectively from start to finish
Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing service issues
Act as a brand ambassador and maintain strong market presence
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in Key Account Management or Sales roles
Proven sales track record with a strong “hunter” sales personality
Experience in selling equipment such as power tools, TVs, catering equipment, or similar products
Background in Regional Sales, Key Accounts, or Business Development roles
Postgraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field (advantageous)
Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Sales, or Business-related qualifications preferred
