JOB PURPOSE
The primary function is to assist with all aspects of processing customer orders and general administration relating to the sales of the products within the Foodservice sector.
The Sales Key Accounts Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the management and growth of key client relationships. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative, operational, and communication activities related to major accounts, ensuring a high level of service delivery, accuracy, and efficiency.
The role acts as a central point of contact between internal teams and key customers to maintain strong, long-term partnerships.

MS Office
SAP experience (advantageous)
Excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
EXPERIENCE NEEDED
At least 2 years’ administration-related experience
Seafood industry experience (advantageous)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process customer orders for Key accounts (direct x6 accounts)
Arrange deliveries with Logistics for clients and follow through until stock is GRV’d
Make booking timeslots for all accounts and coordinate deliveries
Follow up with delivery enquiries and troubleshoot delivery issues (after-hours availability essential)
Liaise with cold store on loadings and special requests
Follow up with procurement on shipments
Ensure purchase orders are raised for local purchases and deliveries
Update customer pricing externally as required and ensure SAP pricing is updated accordingly
Complete PRNs, code transfer documents, dropped sales reports, and other reports required by Sales Manager/KAM
Check stock on hand daily
Assist with SAP reports as required
Assist the foodservice department with queries when team members are out of office
Assist with client distribution centres (Vector/Digistics) on an ad hoc basis
Monitor stock tracker and alert Sales Manager/KAM to low or out-of-stock items
Arrange samples and dispatch, and assist with promotional activities
Complete and submit take-on forms internally and externally, including generating SAP codes
Manage stock rotation, under 100kg stock, and short-dated stock
Assist finance with credit queries
Provide relief for team members on leave
Handle any other reasonable team support requests
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and order issues promptly
Follow up on invoices, PODs, and related documents
Communicate with clients regarding non-deliveries
Follow up on admin-related enquiries with key account clients
Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments (logistics, finance, customer service)
Prepare reports in Excel and PowerPoint
