We are seeking a commercially astute Legal Advisor to join a dynamic and complex business. This role will be responsible for ensuring strong legal risk management, compliance, and providing practical legal support across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements including leases, service and commercial contracts
Ensure legal compliance and effective risk management across the business
Manage dispute resolution processes and liaise with external legal counsel
Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
Conduct legal research and interpret legislation impacting the business
Build strong relationships across business units and external partners
Requirements
LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney
Minimum 5 years relevant corporate experience
Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
