Key Responsibilities:

Takes ownership of the stores by tracking all logistics shipments in real-time, addresses any potential delays, receives incoming goods, checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices providing updates & escalates to management when required to.
Pick & pack orders, dispatch outgoing goods on time according to written or verbal requests for orders.
Accurately & efficiently enters data into an ERP system to maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records; retrieve stored ERP information to
respond to enquiries (for example on stock transfer, inventory levels, or delivery schedules). Prepares reports on shipment performance and inventory status
Ensure proper routing of materials is maintained while transporting the materials between departments and regions.
Performs other activities according to the organization’s established quality procedures, updating stock cards, inventory records, completing receipt, transfer, delivery and dispatch forms.
Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Problem solve and does analysis to understand how to improve processes
Collaborates & communicates extremely well with service, sales, and ATO teams.
Identifies opportunities to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
May be required to do additional tasks when required to by management.

Expectations:

Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Logistic Management and work in the Warehouse
Must have driver’s licenses with code 10 and PDP
Must have certification to operate forklifts and overhead cranes
Experience working with ERP systems
Knowlegde of English
