A vacancy (6 months contract) exists in the Fleet Sales Department, which forms part of the Vehicle Sales Division and is based in Cape Town. This position reports to the Senior Fleet Manager and will focus on fleet sales and related business development.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Management of strategic fleet accounts, fleet business development, customer relations and marketing activities
Management and development of strategic fleet managers nationally
Management of vehicle sales forecasting, sales planning and targets
Develop and implement fleet incentive programs and strategies
Budget and financial management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

NQF Level 6 (360 credits) qualification in Sales & Marketing or related field
Experience / exposure in marketing, sales and dealer business environment
PC Literacy (MS Office package – advanced, SAP, e-Toyota)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good verbal and writing skills
Basic financial skills
Customer handling skills
Product and general automotive business knowledge
Automotive technical background would be an advantage
