Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in Vehicle Sales Management (Experience with electric vehicles highly advantageous)
Computer literate
Proven networker with strong industry connections
Track record of consistently meeting monthly sales targets
High attention to detail, organised & structured
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Fluent in Afrikaans & English
Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial expertise
Must have valid unendorsed drivers license (Code 08)
Clear criminal record
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and implement sales activities to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence.
Manage customer relationships with a customer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee finances, administration, and departmental reporting with precision.
Conduct resource planning and staff development to build a high-performing team.
Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver results and exceed objectives.
Ensure compliance with dealer and company standards, maintaining professionalism and integrity.
