Description
To operate equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Efficiently and accurately operate equipment according to operating procedures, instructions, and schedules
Ensure prime quality production in accordance with quality plan
Adhere to operating requirements were assigned to.
Continuously reportingto Production Technician on any observed defects/Deviation, unsafe conditions from the operating parameters or production requirements.
Ensure compliance with the requirements of Safety, Health and Environmental Standards and Procedures.
Adhere to safe work practice and good housekeeping (6S)
Accurate calibration of gauges during start of shift
Applying appropriate roll bending pressures to avoid pinching as per SOP
Requirements
Grade 12, with Maths &Science
Production/ Operations Certificate will add advantage
Minimum of five (5) years manufacturing experience as an operator
