Are you passionate about cars, social media, and helping people make smart buying decisions? We’re looking for a dynamic, digitally fluent Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to join our team at the Rola Multifranchise Preowned Dealership in Somerset West and help customers find their dream ride.
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll engage with a diverse range of customers—both in person and online—guiding them through the car buying journey with confidence and ease. You’ll leverage modern tools, platforms, and your own digital presence to connect, inform, and inspire.

Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a pre-owned vehicle sales consultant essential
Min Grade 12
Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
High level of motivation, initiative and integrity
Sales and client services background essential
Must have knowledge of various social media platforms
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Clear criminal record
Valid Driver’s License
Duties and Responsibilities
Networking and building relationships within the motor industry
Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Target new customers and business opportunities to aid portfolio growth
Managing of sales process to ensure CSI
Manage customer relationships, and deliver an efficient and effective service to both internal and external clients at all times
Adhere to Dealer Standards and work within prescribed work processes
