Description
Hinterland invites applications for the position of Process Controller, responsible for redesigning and improving systems, processes, and procedures to unlock efficiencies, reduce risk, and drive cost-saving outcomes across the business. The successful candidate will conduct audits, monitor compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives within branches.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
BCom degree or Internal Audit qualification
At least 2 years’ experience in auditing or process control
Proven ability to review, test, and implement process improvements
Strong understanding of financial control systems and risk management
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting systems, and SAP
Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
