Key Job Outputs:
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and decision makers
Implement marketing strategy to achieve sales growth
Manage expenses according to monthly allocated accounts
Identify opportunities in the market and new growth areas for the business
Timeous and professional response to customer complaints and queries
Educate and train customers and patients
Accurate weekly and monthly reporting and planning, including monthly statistics reporting
Facilitate and generate monthly orders
Continuous targeting and updating of customer database
Be aware of market trends and competitor activity
Administration responsibilities
Monthly territory sales forecast
Requirements
Health Science degree / diploma
Min of 2-3 years Sales experience in Medical devices (preferable)
Medical background preferable
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literate
Existing relationships with customers in the area (Preferable)
Valid driver’s License.
