Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation using ArchiCAD (BIM) Assist with design development, council submissions, and working drawings
Ensure compliance with National Building Regulations (NBR) and SANS standards Coordinate drawings with structural, electrical, and mechanical consultants Develop accurate schedules, details, and specifications
Maintain SACAP logbook in accordance with SACAP MRT requirements Minimum Requirements SACAP-accredited qualification at NQF Level 5 or 6 Registered with SACAP as a Candidate Professional Architectural Draughtsperson Proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential)
Knowledge of South African building regulations and council processes Strong technical, organisational, and communication skills Personal Attributes Detail-oriented and technically strong Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn Able to work well in a team and meet deadlines Professional and ethical approach to work
