The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Supporting the effective planning, coordination and execution of campaign activities and events across the province
Providing campaign logistical, administrative and coordination support to ensure campaign events, meetings and activations are delivered professionally, on time, within budget and in alignment with the organisational objectives
Ensuring weekly campaign reports are accurately compiled and timeously distributed

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

National Senior Certificate or equivalent 
Tertiary qualification in administration, logistics, events management (advantageous)
2 years’ relevant experience, including in administration, logistics and events coordination
Experience in handling face-to-face, telephone, and email inquiries
Proficiency in one official language, in addition to English
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite and Zoom
Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills at an intermediate level
Valid driver’s licence with access to a vehicle for business related use
