REQUIREMENTS:
NQF Level 7 qualification in Finance/ Auditing/ Project Management/ Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Human Resource Management/Development or ODETDP.
5-7 years’ experience in education and training in a cross-functional, integrated environment of which 5 years should be in leading people and project management.
A valid driver’s license code EB and own a reliable
Able to travel extensively within two coastal provinces and other provinces when
Computer Skills (MS Office, with MS Excel advanced level).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regional Office Operational Management:
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the regional office, ensuring the effective implementation of organisational strategies, policies, and processes to achieve performance targets and service delivery objectives.
Project Management:
The role includes leading, coordinating, and monitoring regional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining quality standards and alignment with organisational goals.
Governance:
The Regional Manager will ensure compliance with all governance frameworks, audit requirements, policies, and regulatory requirements, promoting accountability, transparency, and ethical leadership across all regional operations.
Stakeholder Management:
The incumbent will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, partners, and community structures, to enhance collaboration and advance organizational objectives.
Financial Management:
The role entails managing the regional budget effectively, ensuring prudent financial planning, monitoring, and reporting in line with organizational financial policies and procedures to achieve optimal resource utilization.
People Management:
The Regional Manager will lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture through effective talent management, capacity building, performance monitoring, and staff engagement initiatives.
